- To complete the registration process, you need to submit a Commercial Registration Copy and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) form. Both documents must be duly stamped and signed on the company letterhead.
- Adult content is likely to be blocked by the Bahraini operators.
- Political content is likely to be blocked by the Bahraini operators.
- Religious content is likely to be blocked by the Bahraini operators.
- Unicode is supported.
- Additionally operator names such as "Zain," "Viva," and "Batelco" are blocked by the operators as an anti-spam measure. Ensure that your messages do not contain any of these works or they will not be delivered.

- Bangladesh has a specific pre-registration process, that needs to be done prior to being able to execute messages towards their end customers.
- Pricing and plans can be discussed with your account managers prior to initiating the registration process
- Sender ID registration will take 4-5 working days in cases of both Du and Etisalat.
- All Sender IDs in messages sent to Bangladesh Citycell (47005) will be changed to a local Number (in international format) to ensure message delivery, as the network is heavily filtering on Sender IDs. For all other networks alphanumeric senders are supported but numeric senders maybe changed to a local numeric
- Message restrictions
- The networks are also heavily filtering on spam and keywords such as "police" will block messages from being delivered.
- Domestic* Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services within the country they are based out of. Example: Bangladeshi client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Bangladeshi audience.
- International** Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services outside the country they are based out of. Example: Indian client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Bangladeshi audience.

- In DRC there is a Do-Not-Disturb registry which customers can sign up to to opt-out of promotional or solicited messages. There are two options for the DND list:
- Fully Blocked (Default): This allows customers to Opt Out totally from receiving third-party SMS.
- Partially Blocked: This option allows customers to filter service categories for third-party SMS they wish to receive.
- If you intend to send critical transactional notifications such as financial transactions, payment gateways, OTPs, bank alerts, pension notifications, Doctor’s appointments from health organizations, school alerts etc., it is a dynamic sender id. For promotional content, sender ID registration is also needed, but whether the SMS arrives to the handset will depend on the end user's DND settings.
- Generally, messages with political and religious content can be blocked from the operator's side.

- The instructions below apply to registrations for Alphanumeric Sender IDs by companies based in Egypt.
- To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, the Egyptian network operator requires that you provide the following document
- SMS Delegation Letter (Only for Domestic)
- Local Trade/Company registration license (Only for Domestic)
- Company Tax Card (Only for Domestic)
- To get you up and running as quickly as possible, please fill out the documents completely and accurately and provide any other required information. Use the examples provided for guidance. Note that mobile network carriers are very strict about the details! We highly recommend that you download the examples (hit right click, and select 'Save Image As...') and do a side by side comparison when you are filling out the documents.
- This SMS Delegation Letter document authorizes Telkosh, to register and send branded SMS messages on your behalf.
- Fill in the yellow highlighted fields—completely replace each field with your own information. If a field is not highlighted, don’t change it.

- Saudi Arabian networks have implemented strong filtering. These filters will block most messages that come from numeric sender IDs, messages that contain objectionable content, and messages that contain URLs. Furthermore, if a message is sent that has identical content to a recent message, this message will be blocked. We encourage customers who wish to deliver messages to users in Saudi Arabia to use preregistered sender IDs.
- Pre-register Alphanumeric Sender ID is allowed in all Saudi Arabian networks.
- We require the following information: Sender ID, SMS Content, Website URL and Trans/Promo specification. URL whitelisting is mandatory for STC network and NOC letter which is signed and stamped from the end-user is mandatory for Mobily and Zain network.
- Sender ID will be for 8 characters for Promotional SMS. Postfix -AD in sender id is mandatory for Marketing / Promotional will not be delivered to Opt Out numbers.
- Transactional SMS Sender ID will be of 11 characters and will deliver on Opt Out numbers.
